Terms and Conditions

Solar Battery Promotion – Terms & Conditions:

    1.      Promoter

    This promotion is offered by Capital Estate Developments Pty Limited ACN 137 573 623 (“Promoter”).

    2.      Promotion Period

    The promotion is valid from 2 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period”), unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the Promoter’s discretion.

    3.      Eligibility

    The promotion is available exclusively to purchasers of single residential land blocks in Denman North. No separate entry or application is required. Eligibility is tracked through the standard sales process, with purchasers qualifying provided they enter into a contract, exchange, and complete settlement on or before 30 June 2026.

    One battery per property purchase.

    4.      Contract and Settlement Requirements

    To qualify for the promotion, purchasers must:

    ·         Enter into a contract for sale during the Promotion Period; and

    ·         Exchange contracts and complete settlement on or before 30 June 2026; and

    ·         Enter into an agreement with Harvey Norman Commercial for the supply and installation of the solar system; and

    ·         Pay the standard cost of $6,148.88 inclusive for the minimum 6.6kW solar system package. This price is valid until 30 April 2026 and will increase to $6,561.45 inclusive from 1 May 2026.

    5.      Solar Installation Requirement

    All purchasers are required to install a minimum 6.6kW solar system in accordance with estate requirements. Refer to Denman Prospect Building and Siting Guidelines for details. 

    6.      Battery Incentive

    Eligible purchasers will receive a 9.6kWh solar battery, supplied and installed by Harvey Norman Commercial at no additional cost.

    The recommended retail price of this incentive is $4,545.75 and will increase to $5,323.56 from 1 May 2026.

    7.      Non-Transferable Offer

    This promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.

    8.      General

    This promotion is subject to availability, supplier terms, and any applicable regulatory or installation requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
