Capital Estate Developments proudly marks 10 years since signing the contract to purchase and develop the first stage of what would become one of Canberra’s most liveable, sustainable, and inclusive communities — Denman Prospect.

“We started with a vision to build not just a suburb, but a vibrant, connected community — one that would set the benchmark for community development,” said Stephen Byron, CEO of Capital Property Group.

“We knew from day one that this would be a big job and a significant responsibility to the community. But we’ve stayed true to our promise — and today, we’re proud to reflect on what we’ve achieved together with our partners, our residents, and the broader Canberra community.”

Gabbie Foster, Managing Director of Capital Estate Developments, added: “Over the past decade, Denman Prospect has grown from the ground up, and what we’ve achieved is truly remarkable — and we’re just getting started. Today, over 6,000 people call Denman home, and by the time we’re finished, that number will grow to more than 13,000+.”
