Denman Prospect Sales Suite Opens
Capital Airport Group officially opened the new Denman Prospect sales suite on 20 September.
The event was attended by multi-unit land purchasers, the display village builders, and contractors involved in the construction of the Denman Prospect sales suite. They were joined by Capital Airport Group staff for drinks, canapes and music by local Canberra band Tucha Soul.
The suite has been designed to reflect the undulating topography of Denman Prospect with 3D wall panels and timber features, a miniature display of the entire estate and a glass wall to maximise the views of Black Mountain, the National Arboretum and Stromlo Forest.
Capital Airport Group’s Managing Director, Stephen Byron, likened it to a Swedish embassy. “This is a shed. It is a demountable, but it looks more like the Swedish embassy,” he joked. The sales suite is in keeping with the Capital Airport Group’s commitment to high quality and thoughtfully designed buildings all round, Mr Byron added.
Stage one of Denman Prospect was split into two construction stages, including land for approximately 1000 single residential dwellings and up to 1500 multi-unit dwellings.
Stage two of the development (Denman North), which includes land for up to 1200 dwellings, was purchased from the ACT Government in June.
